Terms of use — personal health-record client

These terms cover the single-user application described at /fhir/.

Who may use it

The application is operated by the owner of this domain and is used by the owner alone, to read the owner's own medical records. It is not offered, licensed, or supported as a service to any other patient, provider, or organization, and no one else is authorized to use it.

What it does and does not do

The health system's terms

Access to the endpoint is governed by the health system's own patient-portal terms and by the app registration under which the client id was issued. Where those terms and this page differ, theirs govern the portal side.

No warranty

The software is used as is, by its owner, at the owner's own risk. No warranty of any kind is given to anyone, and no support obligation exists toward anyone.

Privacy

How the retrieved data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
